Kong Kee has been around for a long~ time; I have been having the flavoursome non-gamy broth since forever. I have no doubts I might even have tasted it in my mom’s womb; no joke. Have a good laugh though.
Mixed mutton innards soup ($4/5).
Meat that tears apart easily, chewy tendons and intestines, the external of the stomach and gooey marrow. Not for the faint hearted.
If you are not into entrails, you could just have the tender flesh ($3/4). I would choose to have the former anytime, i am adventurous.
