AiMakan is officially one year old today!
AiMakan was initially set up with a single straightforward objective; to introduce food of top quality and taste to foodie commrades of mine. Well, you can say that I was lucky when things changed for the better, half a year later.
Joining OMY.sg’s Singapore Blog Awards for the very first time, I wasn’t exactly hopeful for anything. But when it was announced that AiMakan was shortlisted in the Food category, I was exhilarated. Though AiMakan did not win, I appreciated the chance given to experience it all. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped, voted, supported and cheered me on; AiMakan would not have come this far without anyone of you.
Photography has always been a hobby I wanted to pursue on and this food blog helped made it possible. It became a valid reason for me to get the DSLR I have always wanted to own.
Here are some photographs to show how much I have improved throughout the year

Due to my full-time job and laziness (I reluctantly confess), I may not have blogged as frequently as I should have but from now on; I promise to try doubly hard. Do continue to back me up and ‘patronise’ my blog, okay? 🙂
Yours Sincerely, AiMakan/Hazel.
