Japanese Curry Pulled Pork Wrap for entree. This photo shows half a portion of the fare as it was shared between the two girls, MoonBerry and me.

Pork meat tends to turn tough after cooking for too long, shredding the meat up like what the Chef of Arbite did; was brilliantly not. It absorbed the curry well and to enhance the taste, Green apple cubes and leeks were added. Filled generously in a piece of tortilla and served with a couple of homemade croquettes, a perfect lunch choice anytime.

The table we passed by had the Salted Caramel Banana Pancakes and we could not resist the temptation so we followed suit.

The plate of three spongy pancakes were stacked, layered with caramelised banana slices, delectable caramel sauce and almost unnoticeable sprinkles of sea salt.

Topped with a blob of whipped cream, those doughy favourites were amazing. We all know how well the simple combination of the bananas and caramel could be and with some light, fluffy pancakes to go along; it was gooood. (Totally worth more ‘O’s in the word Good.)
