About 愛(aì)Makan

Hi. I am Hazel or better known as 愛(aì)Makan. If you are not living in singapore but happened to drop by, let me introduce my alias. The word 愛(aì) is Love in Chinese and Makan, to eat in Malay; which means Love to Eat. As the blog name suggests, I am a glutton.

It dates back in 2010, when I started fostering an obsession for photography. Since that day, it was portraying substantially every single dish I lay my eyes and hands on. When submitting photos onto Facebook could no longer pep me to continue, I turn to blogging. Thanks to that, I bought my professional DSLR camera Canon 550D with 18-55mm & 50mm f1.8 lens.

So join me on my journey to look for the best makan experiences in Singapore.

*Credit me by linking my website if you want to use my photographs, email me if you feel a need to ask.
(I don’t wish to put my signature on my photographs as I want them as ‘clean’ as possible.)
*I am not a full-time Food Blogger.
I am only doing this as a hobby.
*No obligations please.
*I love making new friends, feel free to add me on twitter, facebook or drop me an email at aimakan@yahoo.com.sg.
*Restaurant invitations are welcomed. However, as I am working shifts I may not be able to attend specific dated events at times. Please understand.

*AiMakan blogs food according to her own preferences. Food is very subjective, so please DO NOT assume that the food blogged might be preferred by everyone.*

Regards, Hazel / 愛(aì)Makan

  1. Hi Hazel

I am the editor from Streetdirectory.com. Are you ok if we take the images on your reviews to be place in Streetdirectory.com?

We can include your site watermark on the image or a link below the image and point it back to your site. If you are keen, we can also do this for more of your work. You can definitely get traffic from us.

I can be contacted at editor@streetdirectory.com

    Thanks

  2. I am delighted 🙂

  7. Howdy just wanted to give you a quick heads up
and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading correctly.

I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same results.

  8. I was suggested this web site by my cousin. I’m not sure whether this post is written by
him as nobody else know such detailed about my difficulty.
    You’re incredible! Thanks!
